Following the release of "Antibloom", Silverstein return with "Pink Moon": the second chapter of their ambitious 16-song double album, conceived and recorded during a transformative stint in the high desert of Joshua Tree. The songs on "Pink Moon" come from the same sessions as those on "Antibloom" and were intentionally strung together to provide a distinct yet complementary listening experience. The band, known for their meticulous attention to flow and emotional pacing, crafted both halves to stand on their own while telling a broader, cohesive story that ebbs and flows like the desert winds that shaped them. "Pink Moon" features the only guest appearances on the project, with impressive contributions from Cassadee Pope and Rory Rodriguez of Dayseeker - voices chosen mid-process when the band felt the need to take certain songs into new sonic realms. The result is a bold and diverse body of work that expands Silverstein's dynamic range while staying true to their emotional core.
