Popis
"Made In Japan" is one of the most iconic live rock albums of all time. It was recorded spontaneously over three nights in Osaka and Tokyo in August 1972. The so-called Mark II line-up of Deep Purple delivered incredible, high-energy performances of groundbreaking songs such as "Smoke On The Water", "Highway Star", "Child In Time" and "Space Truckin'". Seven tracks were originally selected for the double album. To celebrate the (belated) 50th anniversary of "Made In Japan", Steven Wilson has sat down to create a brand new remix of the original album in stereo as well as Dolby Atmos. The box set will also include the complete sets of all three nights, all remixed by Richard Digby Smith. The 5CD+Blu-ray audio box set includes Steven Wilson's Dolby Atmos mix as well as a 40-page book, a tour book and a poster. Mastering by Andy Pearce.
