"Meet The Beatles" begins with the three singles "I Want To Hold Your Hand", "I Saw Her Standing There" and "This Boy!", which were not included on "With The Beatles". This is followed by the opening track from the English Parlophone release "With The Beatles" with the fourth track on "Meet The Beatles", "It Won't Be Long". Using the original 1964 mono master, new lacquers were cut completely analog by Kevin Reeves at East Iris Studios in Nashville. By constantly referencing the original first pressing, the album stays true to the original release while allowing more musical information to be heard than was previously possible. Featuring faithfully recreated artwork and a new four-page insert with an essay by American Beatles historian Bruce Spizer. "Meet The Beatles" is the Beatles' second US album. It is largely identical to the second studio album "With The Beatles", which was recorded at Abbey Road Studios between July 18 and October 23, 1963.
