"See You At The Fair" was the last album that former Ellington tenor saxophonist Ben Webster recorded in the USA in 1964. And it is one of his absolute best (AllMusic gave it the highest rating). In the same year, Webster moved to Europe, where he continued to work with other expatriates and European musicians.
