Thom Yorke, the celebrated frontman of Radiohead and The Smile, has once again ventured into film music with the soundtrack to Daniele Luchetti's Confidenza, an adaptation of the novel of the same name by Domenico Starnone. For this soundtrack, Yorke once again collaborated with Sam Petts-Davies, the London Contemporary Orchestra and a jazz ensemble including talents such as Robert Stillman and his bandmate from The Smile, Tom Skinner. Thom Yorke's first soundtrack to the film "Suspiria" was a resounding success and is considered a fully-fledged album in his solo discography. An album on which atmospheric instrumental soundscapes stand side by side with some of Yorke's best songs to date, "Suspirium" and "Unmade". On his new soundtrack "Confidenza", Yorke also contributes his own vocals, which we previously heard on the lead single "Knife Edge". Thom Yorke and Radiohead have shaped the world of alternative music as we know it today.
