Billy Idol, born William Michael Albert Broad in 1955 in Stanmore, England. After initial success with the punk band Generation X, he moved to New York in 1981 and the rest is music history: In the eighties, he became a worldwide megastar as a solo artist with hits such as "White Wedding", "Flesh For Fantasy", "Eyes Without A Face", "Sweet Sixteen", "Dancing With Myself". The deluxe reissue contains 8 bonus tracks, including the previously unreleased "Best Way Out of Here" and the cover version of "Love Don't Live Here Anymore" from the original sessions, as well as original demos and the poolside remix of "Eyes Without a Face".
