The main part of the album was recorded at Loco Studio in Caerleon, Wales, except for "Gone" which was from Ireland The album marked a departure and farewell to the noisy punk of the previous mini-albums and sounds cooler. However, instead of working with the producer appointed by the label, the band preferred their old soundman, which makes for a grungy sound here. The album reached number 38 in the British album charts. Most Therapy? Fans agree that "Nurse" is the band's best record.
