ABBA's second album after "Ring Ring" (1973) was released the following year: "Waterloo" - with the title track, with which ABBA won the Eurovision Song Contest. The album became a worldwide hit - and ABBA put Sweden on the pop map. ABBA's legendary second album "Waterloo" is 50 years old. The song of the same name from the album helped the band to win the Eurovision Song Contest in Brighton, UK, in 1974 and thus to international success. To mark this anniversary, the band is releasing a new vinyl collection. The half-speed version was mastered by Miles Showell and will be released as a 2LP 180g black vinyl in a gatefold cover with obi-strip and certificate of authenticity.
