Jón Birgisson alias Jónsi releases his new album "Shiver" in 2020. It is the highly anticipated second solo album of the singer and frontman of Icelandic ambient post-rockers Sigur Rós. His last album on his own, "Go", was already released in 2010. Jónsi has recorded eleven songs for "Shiver" in Berlin, Reykjavík, London and Suomenlinna. As co-producer A. G. Cook (PC Music, Charlie XCX) was responsible as co-producer. Guests on the album include Liz Fraser of the Cocteau Twins and pop icon Robyn. With "Swill" and "Exhale" the musician already presented two beautiful, atmospheric pop songs in which Jónsi's voice reaches a new level.
