Nearly 20,000 copies sold speak for themselves - in the jazz field, such sales are considered respectable successes. Now "Mr. Redhorn" once again gives in to his sensitive side within himself and embarks again on a journey into the realm of emotions. "Sentimental Journey" - could there be a more fitting title for an album by someone who is practically constantly on the road, but now wants to shift down a gear? "The time was just ripe for this record after all the hectic touring lately," Nils explains, "I've always liked quiet songs that tell stories. Whether it's with words or with an instrument, it doesn't make much difference to me."
