Epochal theatrical event - Moses & Aron Most would agree that it was one of the greatest theatrical events of recent years: Romeo Castellucci's world-renowned production of Schoenberg's unfinished opera Moses und Aron. Between poetry and deliberate shock, Castellucci's production was an outstanding, epoch-making theatrical event that has already made theatrical history. And so this Blu-ray Disc / DVD is a veritable contemporary document of the first rank of a timelessly valid production. This is not least due to outstanding musical performances of all singers involved as well as Orchestre et chœurs de L'Opéra National de Paris, who truly surpassed themselves under the direction of the Swiss top conductor Philippe Jordan.
