Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui World-famous choreographer and dancer Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui uses the body - movement - as the principal vehicle for his ideas. The result is there in performances, intimist or otherwise, in which the body is displayed to an audience. Here, in four different settings - Belgium, China, Corsica, India - we make the acquintance of one of the most prolific and likeable figures on today's dance scene. In the course of interviews and excerpts from his performances Cherkaoui reveals his passion for the dance, spirituality, his childhood and his family.
